4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your gemeph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. gemeph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. gemeph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Unless otherwise stated, real-money funds are used first when placing wagers. Bonus funds become available for wagering once real-money funds are depleted.

11.2 Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending wagers) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
